Sabre a travaill\u00e9 sur des projets de recherche et de formation avec l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e des Premi\u00e8res Nations, la \u00ab\u00a0Thunderbird Partnership Foundation\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Carleton, la \u00ab\u00a0First Voices Week\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Concordia, des cabinets d&rsquo;avocats et de nombreuses communaut\u00e9s des Premi\u00e8res Nations de Turtle Island. Au cours de ses \u00e9tudes de premier cycle, Sabre s&rsquo;est concentr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;art indig\u00e8ne. Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu sa licence en beaux-arts, elle s&rsquo;est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les traditions juridiques indig\u00e8nes et les droits des autochtones dans le cadre de sa ma\u00eetrise. Parmi les projets r\u00e9cents de Mme Sabre figure un rapport national sur les effets de la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis dans les communaut\u00e9s indig\u00e8nes o\u00f9 elle a acquis une bonne connaissance de la dynamique juridique et de la politique de sant\u00e9 li\u00e9es au cannabis dans les r\u00e9serves.
