Latissah has led projects for Conestoga College, Amnesty International, and the Department of Canadian Heritage. She conducts Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion trainings and facilitates Sharing Circles using trauma-informed principles.

Of Afro-Caribbean descent, Latissah lives in Toronto on the Dish with One Spoon territory, bringing a unique perspective to her work with marginalized communities.

She has contributed to national and international surveys for CN Railway, International Funders for Indigenous Peoples, and the Canada Council for the Arts. Latissah has developed organizational systems that have enhanced Archipel’s efficiency.

Latissah practices yoga, enjoys travel, and explores the intersection of philosophy and architecture, enriching her understanding of cultural connections.
