As Archipel’s Research Manager, Megan leads projects on Indigenous issues, including online safety, houselessness, and intellectual property rights. Her expertise spans Indigenous banking, habitat protection, and international funding for Indigenous Peoples.
A Coast Salish member of Stó:lo Nation (Shxwhá:y Village), Megan builds client relationships through Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing.
In addition to working for Archipel, Megan works in disaster-mitigation planning, sea-level rise adaptation, and Indigenous water planning. She’s passionate about language learning, and aerial acrobatics.
Megan specializes in Indigenous land and water planning, GIS mapping for urban development, and facilitating and researching urban planning.
