Roxanne (she/her) is a researcher, historian, and equity, diversity, and inclusion specialist. She is from Treaty Four territory in southern Saskatchewan on the lands of the nêhiyawak, Anishinaabeg, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakoda, and the homelands of the Métis Nation.
Roxanne has contributed to over 50 Archipel projects as a researcher, writer, facilitator, and project coordinator. Her work spans First Nations intellectual property rights, Indigenous women’s health, and colonial histories.
She has led key initiatives, including a report on Algonquin history for the Global Centre for Pluralism and Equity and Diversity Initiative audits for non-profits like Zero Ceiling and 2Spirit Manitoba.
